Struggling with back pain, herniated discs, or sciatica? Spinal decompression is designed to relieve pressure, promote healing, and restore movement—without surgery or medication. But does it actually work? Let’s look at the research.

📌 Studies show decompression can:
✔️ Reduce disc pressure, even creating negative pressure to help retract herniations [(Gose et al., 1998)]
✔️ Improve mobility and decrease pain in chronic low back sufferers [(Schimmel et al., 2009)]
✔️ Enhance hydration and healing in degenerated discs [(Apfel et al., 2010)]

Unlike standard traction, decompression gently cycles between stretch and relaxation, allowing discs to absorb nutrients and reduce nerve compression. That means less pain, better movement, and real relief.
