My goal is to inspire individuals to live a healthy lifestyle & to share my passion for fitness with others by helping them start their fitness journey.

I am a 25 year old fitness entrepreneur, living in the midwest. I enjoy to lift heavy and challenging myself every day in the gym with powerlifting workouts. I love cooking and baking in a creative manner to create healthy meals and snacks that are not only great for you, but tasty as well. I am looking to help others reach their fitness goals and help them form the same passion that I have for living a healthy active lifestyle.

This high protein snicker apple salad is one of my all time favs!! So delicious, macro friendly & beyond easy to make! Save it for later & lemme know what you think! 🍏🍫🥜

200g faye 2% Greek yogurt
7g sugar free vanilla pudding mix
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste (optional)
5g honey or a little stevia to sweeten
1/2 Raw Nutrition PB fudge protein bar
90g granny smith apple
5g melted PB

Mix Greek yogurt with the pudding mix, vanilla bean paste and honey. Then mix in your apple & protein bar pieces and top with the melted PB!
