Summer is here and so are the 100 Deadliest Days on Utah roads.

From Memorial Day through Labor Day, traffic fatalities historically increase as more drivers travel Utahโ€™s roads. Before your next summer adventure, recommit to the Zero Fatalities pledge:
โœ… Drive Alert
โœ… Drive Buckled
โœ… Drive Calm
โœ… Drive Focused
โœ… Drive Sober

Every safe decision behind the wheel helps protect Utah families and communities. Letโ€™s work together to make this a summer of safe arrivals and zero fatalities.

โ˜€๏ธ School may be out, but healthy sleep habits are still in!

Summer schedules can quickly turn into later bedtimes, extra screen time, and disrupted routines โ€” but quality sleep plays an important role in your childโ€™s health, learning, mood, and overall well-being.

A few simple ways to support better sleep this summer:

๐ŸŒž Get outside for morning sunlight
๐Ÿ“ต Limit screens before bedtime
๐Ÿ›๏ธ Keep a consistent bedtime routine
๐Ÿ“š Choose calming activities before sleep
๐Ÿ˜ด Create a cool, quiet sleep space

Building healthy sleep habits now can make summer more restful and help make the transition back to school easier later on.
