What a fantastic weekend at the Bank of Utah Championship PGA Tournament at Black Desert in Ivins! Our Intermountain Health team at St. George Regional Hospital is honored to support this incredible event and proud to sponsor the First Aid medical tent on the course. We loved having our caregivers on site to provide assistance whenever needed and appreciate their skill and compassion 💚

Caregivers also loved spending time supporting at the Intermountain Health booth, sharing games, giveaways, and helpful information with guests throughout the tournament ⛳️ Connecting with the community and meeting visitors who have traveled here for the event is one of the best parts of weekends like these.

We’re grateful to be part of the tournament, supporting the health and wellbeing of everyone enjoying the beautiful Black Desert course!

Events like the St George Marathon bring our community together to celebrate health, wellness, and connection and we love being part of it.

We were honored to provide medical support at the finish line in our Intermountain Health medical tent and appreciate all the caregivers and volunteers who stood ready to provide assistance to any runners who needed care.

A family visiting St. George from New York never imagined their trip would include a four-and-a-half-month stay in our NICU. But through every challenge, they found exceptional care, unwavering support, and a community that helped turn an unexpected chapter into a life-changing experience.

"Among the caregivers who assisted with Sienna's birth was Patrick Carroll, MD, regional associate chief medical officer for acute care and chief medical officer for St. George Regional. 'It is a blessing to care for each baby that is entrusted to our team,' he said. 'Sienna is a very special girl with a very special family. I am so excited to see the ongoing impact she will have on the world.'"

Today, baby Sienna is home and doing well, and her family says the experience "changed the trajectory" of their lives. Stories like this are why we're committed to helping people live the healthiest lives possible. ❤️
