Grant-Fueled Learning Advancing Cardiac Care!

With support from a Corewell Health Foundation Southwest Michigan department grant, Olga Titkova and Emily Kuehn, Cardiac Device Coordinators in Cardiology, attended the Heart Rhythm Society (HRS 2026) Conference in Chicago.

They gained hands-on insights into the latest advancements in physiological pacing—including conduction system pacing, leadless pacemakers, and real-world troubleshooting for pacemakers and ICDs. Case-based sessions delivered practical solutions they can apply immediately to improve clinic workflows and patient outcomes.

The conference also provided valuable opportunities to connect with providers, clinicians, and industry leaders shaping the future of cardiac care—with a joyful bonus of puppy playtime to end the day.

This experience highlights the powerful impact of investing in professional growth to drive innovation and elevate patient care.
