🎉💕TRANSITIONING MY STUDIO 💕🎉I want to share an important update with our yoga community. As of August 1st, I will be transitioning the studio space to Just Breathe Health & Wellness, which is directly across the hall from us!

This decision comes from a desire to focus more fully on what I love most—teaching and practicing yoga—while stepping away from the administrative side of running a business. While the business itself is coming to an end, I am not saying goodbye to teaching. I am excited to continue offering Restorative Yoga and Hatha Yoga classes in partnership with Just Breathe Health & Wellness.

❤️I am incredibly grateful for every student who has attended a class, trusted me with their practice, supported the studio, and helped create such a welcoming and meaningful community. Your encouragement, friendships, and dedication have meant more to me than words can express.

Going forward, registration for my classes and many others will be available through Just Breathe Health & Wellness. I encourage you to visit their website, explore their offerings, and stay connected as this next chapter begins.
