Your used car or truck could turn into a donation to help support Guild's programs and services when you give it to CARS - Charitable Adult Rides and Services. Here's how it works:

Step 1: You give CARS your used car or truck.

Step 2: CARS sells it to a customer and gives 70% of the sale back to Guild as a donation.

Step 3: You get a tax receipt!

Step 4: Your gift supports our work connecting individuals to the services, community, and opportunities they need to achieve their goals and thrive.

Before finding support through Guild, Gloria’s world felt small, heavy, and isolating. Her life was marked by limited access to care, transportation challenges, and deep loneliness. Her marriage was strained, her support system felt distant, and her mental health struggles had already been unfolding for decades.

Everything began to shift when Gloria moved to Minnesota and connected with Guild in 2012. For the first time, she found a system of support that felt responsive, human, and truly centered on her needs.

Meeting people where they are is how we show up every single day.

Through our Homeless Outreach program, our team meets individuals at encampments, libraries, parks, and shelters across our community. By building trust with clients and listening to their unique goals, we help lay the foundation for long-term stability.

From addressing immediate needs to connecting individuals to the Coordinated Entry System and long-term housing resources, we’re proud to walk alongside our neighbors on their path home.
