We began with a private guided tour of Artmosphere's current exhibition, Endless Summer, featuring more than 40 works by 27 different artists - an invitation to look closely, explore, and engage this collection of vibrant work.

Afterward sink onto your mat for a restorative sound journey, and embrace the experience of deep listening. Surrounded by the resonance of singing bowls, chimes, drum and other therapeutic instruments, you'll be invited to rest deeply and allow the impressions of the gallery experience to resonate within your inner landscape.

Begin your Saturday morning with a gentle practice designed to bring you back into relationship with your body, your breath, and yourself.

We’ll begin with Qigong—slow, mindful movement and breath to awaken the body, encourage the flow of energy, and cultivate presence.

Then, we’ll transition from movement into stillness for a restorative sound journey, allowing you to simply rest and receive.

No experience with Qigong is needed. The practice is gentle and approachable, and all comfort props are provided for the sound portion of our morning together.
