Illuminating What No Longer Aligns ♒✨

Every Full Moon brings something into the light.

Not to punish you. Not to derail you.
But to show you what you’ve been ready to see. Your own stuff with added zodiac characteristics to it.

The Aquarius Full Moon invites us to step back and observe ourselves with honesty. Aquarius is associated with innovation, individuality, community, and seeing the bigger picture. Opposite Aquarius is Leo, the sign connected with the heart, self-expression, creativity, and the desire to be seen.

Together, this Full Moon asks us to find a healthier balance between authenticity and belonging.

✨ Reflection Questions

Ask yourself…

Where have I been abandoning parts of myself just to be accepted?
Am I making decisions based on alignment or on fear of rejection?
What beliefs, friendships, habits, or expectations have I outgrown?
Where have I emotionally disconnected instead of communicating honestly?
What would change if I trusted myself more than I sought outside validation?

The Full Moon doesn’t force change.

It illuminates what has already been asking for your attention. Giving you the opportunity to take action at deep layers within yourself and the collective.

The invitation is to pause before reacting. Observe your emotions without allowing them to make every decision for you. Clarity often comes when we create space instead of rushing to fix or escape discomfort.

🌿 Today’s Practices:

✨ Journal before making major emotional decisions.
✨ Spend time outside grounding yourself in nature.
✨ Hydrate and allow yourself extra rest if needed.
✨ Let go of what no longer aligns whether that’s a mindset, a pattern, or a story you’ve continued telling yourself.

Remember…

Growth doesn’t always begin with knowing exactly where you’re going.

Sometimes it begins with having the courage to admit where you no longer belong.

The more authentic you become, the more your life naturally aligns with who you truly are.

🚨 SATURN RETROGRADE IN ARIES: THE COLLECTIVE IS BEING CALLED TO ACCOUNTABILITY & DISCIPLINE🚨👩‍⚖️

Everyone talks about Mercury retrograde at a superficial level.

But Saturn?

Saturn doesn’t just disrupt your plans…
It asks whether the life you’ve been building can actually withstand pressure.

While Mercury retrograde lasts a few weeks, Saturn retrograde spends months exposing the cracks in our foundations. It is a major retrograde for your potential.

This isn’t about punishment. It’s about accountability.

Aries is the sign of action, courage, identity, leadership, and independence.

Saturn is the planet of discipline, responsibility, consequences, structure, and long-term growth. Ruled by Capricorn father of the zodiac energy.

It’s an invitation to become the version of yourself you’ve been asking for. Based on your daily energy. Not to blame the planet.

Your body already knows who’s in alignment with you.

One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned over the last 12 years, both in my own healing journey and while guiding members inside Angelic Love & Light is this:

Pay attention to how your body feels after interacting with someone.

Not how they say they feel about you.
Not who they’ve convinced everyone they are. Not who you hope they’ll become.

How do you feel?

Do you feel lighter… or drained?

Do you feel peaceful… or anxious?

Do you feel inspired… or exhausted?

Do you constantly find yourself pulled into chaos, confusion, drama, or problems that somehow always seem to follow them?

Your nervous system notices long before your mind is ready to admit it.

This isn’t about avoiding hard conversations. It’s not about refusing accountability. It’s not about expecting everyone to be just like you.

It’s about alignment.

One of the hardest parts of healing is realizing that not everyone is meant to have unlimited access to you.

There doesn’t have to be a fight.
There doesn’t have to be “beef.”
There doesn’t have to be some dramatic ending.

Sometimes someone simply isn’t aligned with the life you’re building anymore.

And that’s okay.

People are allowed to choose what’s best for them.

People are allowed to protect their peace.

People are allowed to enforce boundaries.

People are allowed to remove people from their lives after repeated actions have shown that trust, respect, or alignment no longer exists.

Accountability matters.

Boundaries matter.

Alignment matters.

Every relationship exists on a different level, and not everyone earns access to your deepest spaces.

That’s not punishment 👩‍⚖️

That’s discernment ✨

One of the biggest lessons we work through inside Alchemy is learning to trust yourself again, your intuition, your body, your discernment, and your inner knowing.

Because once you truly trust yourself…

You stop chasing.

You stop convincing.

You stop overexplaining.

You stop allowing people to occupy spaces they were never meant to hold.

Life is too short to build a life around relationships that consistently pull you away from your peace & balance.

Protect your energy. Protect your alignment. Trust what your body has been trying to tell you all along.

✨ What has your body been trying to teach you that your mind kept talking you out of?

Energy exchanges aren’t always equal, in that case you need to evaluate the connection.

✨ Who makes you feel worse and not your usual baseline balance after speaking to them on social media, the phone and in person?

Just because your interaction with someone is good doesn’t mean that’s the same for them.
