Lakeland, we found a GOOD one 👀🥤🌱

has gluten free, vegan & vegetarian options, no refined sugars, and ALL of their bowls are gluten-free! Most of the smoothies + their fresh juices are GF too.

Everything was so fresh, and they also have a cute little retail section with GF snacks + goodies and an outdoor area!

The Orlando Gluten-Free Coffee Club is turning into an evening meetup, and I can’t wait to see everyone over drinks and gluten-free food.

Join us at Waffle Sandwich Bar, the 100% gluten-free kitchen inside the Great Southern Box Company food hall. Grab a drink, enjoy gluten-free waffles and wings, and hang out with people who just get it.
