I want thank all of you for your good wishes. My wife and I truly appreciate the love.
On another subject, Both my wife and I and countless medical and essential professionals are exposed daily. We understand the risks and take, hopefully, proper precautions. .
I haven’t seen St. Pete do anything as groups, as in Italy (clapping or singing out of balcony), small Groups gathering safely with masks, thanking these healthcare professional as they are tiredly leaving or coming for their shifts. These professionals in the hospitals, nursing homes, include EVERYBODY, even the volunteers who still show up.
I am sure we all know these great nurses and others who are constantly on the floor dealing with this COVID 19. Would it be nice if someone identifies a particular floor and send lunches, cookies, well wishes, smoothies, clothed masks etc?
I am just putting it out there but I would love to see these healthcare professionals, including paramedics also, get a pick me up from this great city for a risky job they are doing so well with pride.
Enough ranting. Hope you all get the idea!
PS: the pic: one of the strongest, nicest, smartest nurse you will ever want to meet. Lunch time and he’s already beat. I love this guy!!
