We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🕊️🇺🇸 Last Friday, we came together for a remembrance walk honoring those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, and the brave first responders who answered the call that day.

Walking together gave us meaningful time to reflect, feel gratitude, and connect as we remembered the lives and sacrifices that shaped our nation.

Chef Kenny brought a taste of West Africa to our community with a flavorful West African Peanut Stew featuring smoked chicken, tomato, chickpeas, and sweet potato leaves freshly grown in our Earth Box Garden. Served alongside coconut jasmine rice, every bite was packed with delicious flavor.

Market Day brought us together for a fun-filled afternoon featuring local vendors, delicious treats, unique gifts, and activities for families and friends. Our recent Chef Special at The Gardenia was truly exceptional! The Sweet Ricotta Crepes with brandied cherries, vanilla cream, and toasted almonds were a beautiful combination of flavors and textures. The crepes were delicate and perfectly prepared, while the cherries added wonderful richness and the toasted almonds brought just the right crunch.

The presentation was absolutely beautiful—elegant, colorful, and inviting. A wonderful brunch creation that was as delicious as it was visually appealing. Compliments to the chef and the entire culinary team for another outstanding experience! 👏
