After facing a challenging ACL injury, Felix reached out to me with the hopes of returning to their favorite activities. 🏋️‍♂️

Through 24 personalized sessions, Felix triumphantly returned to their favorite activities - running, biking, hiking, and even climbing, all pain-free and without surgery! 🚴‍♂️🧗‍♂️

🏆 Huge congrats to Dr. Steph!

This past Sunday, she didn’t just finish her second marathon—she absolutely crushed her goal by coming in under 3 hours and 10 minutes! She shaved over 10 minutes off her previous marathon time and did it all without any knee pain!

Back in June, when Dr. Kelly first met Steph, she was battling a knee injury that made it tough to run more than 5 miles without hurting. As someone who lives for running, she was worried her knee might keep her from the Marine Corps Marathon and cause long-term issues.

But Steph didn’t let that stop her. She worked super hard during her PT sessions with Dr. Kelly and kept pushing herself to get stronger and run farther, even after PT was over.

Seeing how far Steph has come in just a few months is truly amazing. Her dedication and perseverance through the tough times are so inspiring and remind us that with hard work, we can overcome just about anything!

We’re beyond excited to keep following her running journey and can’t wait to cheer her on as she prepares to crush the Boston Marathon in February 2025 🏃‍♀️ .cpsych
