Summer screen time tip from Dr. Katzenstein:

Watch as she holds up her 🚦Approved, ⚠️ Caution, and 🛑 Stop signs to help parents distinguish between healthy screen habits and red flags.

✅ Approved: Video chats with family, educational apps, and creative projects.

⚠️ Caution: Passive entertainment in moderation.

🛑 Stop: Mindless scrolling, excessive screen use, and screens replacing outdoor play, family time, or sleep.
The goal isn’t zero screen time—it’s balanced, intentional screen time.
