🌟 Please join us in congratulating our September Resident of the Month, Dr. Randy Reeder! 🌟

Randy has been an incredible senior on wards and PICU, leading his teams with patience, positivity, and a calming presence. He consistently goes above and beyond for his patients and is always willing to be a supportive sounding board for our interns. 🩺💙

This month, Randy also presented two amazing cases during morning report and noon conference while continuing to give his interns the guidance and space to grow and make decisions independently.

We’re so grateful for all that Randy brings to the team, from his leadership and support to his problem solving skills and joyful attitude! ☀️

Lovefest is always one of our favorite nights of the year 💙🩵🩷

A few weeks ago, we celebrated our amazing residents with awards, recognized our graduating seniors, welcomed the Class of 2029 with their White Coat Ceremony, laughed through our annual roast video, and spent the evening together with our residents, faculty, and staff 🎈

A huge thank you to our outgoing Chief Residents for hosting such a fun night and for all of your leadership this past year 💐 We’re so excited to welcome our new Chiefs and can’t wait to see what this year brings! 🤩
