It’s been a while since we’ve had a full send … but we got a good one today!!😤

James is a D1 college athlete and is 4 months post ACL reconstruction. Sometimes patients will choose to go to a clinic associated with their surgeons orthopedic group right after surgery to get the basic stuff down, then come to us when they know it’s time to be pushed! Unfortunately, that route backfired for him…

With being 4 months post surgery, James should’ve had 100% knee flexion back by now. Sadly, the other PT clinic didn’t push him and he was about 6 weeks behind in progress when he came to us! Chad challenged him with every visit and today, Nick was able to get the coveted “heel-to-butt touch”! Full flexion is back, baby!! 🙌🏼💪🏼

Chloe graduated from UNH with a degree in Economics and has her sights set on continuing her education in law school. 📚⚖️

As a former competitive hockey and track & field athlete, Chloe still loves staying active—these days you can find her snowboarding, getting lost in a good book, or cooking up something delicious for herself and her pup, Beau. 🏂📖🐶

Today is a bittersweet day at ProForm.

After three incredible years, today we say goodbye to Dr. Hayden Gray as he begins an exciting new chapter with Gray Rehab and Performance .

From the day Hayden joined our team, we’ve had the privilege of watching him grow into an outstanding physical therapist, coach, and person. His passion for helping others, commitment to learning, and genuine care for every patient have made a lasting impact on our clinic and our community.

While we’re going to miss having him in the clinic, we couldn’t be more excited to see him take this next step. We have no doubt he’s going to build something special, and we’re cheering him on every step of the way.

Thank you for everything you’ve done for ProForm over the past three years. Once you’re part of the ProFam, you’re always part of the ProFam.

And before anyone asks… yes, Nick would have loved to help kick Hayden out of the clinic, but he conveniently scheduled his vacation this week 😂

Happy Birthday to the guy who somehow manages to make ProForm feel like his second home! 🎉💪

If Chad isn’t treating patients, mentoring the team, or keeping the clinic running, there’s a good chance he’s in the gym lifting something heavy… or eating a questionable amount of protein to recover from it. 🍗🥩

Today we’re celebrating freedom… and reminding everyone that the only thing that should be exploding today is the fireworks and not your back trying to lift the cooler 😂

Some things to remember today:
✅ Lift with your 🦵🏼
✅ Stay hydrated 💦
✅ Don’t try to PR after three burgers and five 🌭
✅ And for the love of all things patriotic… re-rack your weights 👊🏻
