9 years ago today, I made my first PT hire.

Nick has been with me through it all. The highs, the lows, and everything in between. We’ve celebrated wins, navigated challenges, survived COVID, and somehow always found a way to keep moving forward.

What makes it even more impressive is that Nick trusted me from the very beginning. Back when ProForm was just getting started, I literally wrote his compensation, benefits, and job offer on a yellow Post-it note 🤦🏼‍♂️

Thankfully, Alicia Sienkiewicz was willing to look past that giant red flag and let him take the job anyway. Thank you, Alicia. I know that was a tough one for you 😂

He’s not just an employee. He’s a close friend and honestly part of the family at this point.

There are very few people who know me as well as Nick does… and he probably knows more about me than anyone else. Maybe even more than my wife 😆

Over the last 9 years, we’ve both grown a lot physically, personally, and professionally. One of the coolest things has been watching Nick grow into an incredible husband, father, clinician, and leader.

Happy 9-year anniversary, Nick. Thanks for believing in the vision from day one and for sticking around all these years. I’m glad you haven’t quit on me yet 😉

As ProForm Physical Therapy continues to grow, we’re looking to add a Part-Time Front Desk Administrator to our team!

This is not a replacement position. It’s a new role created because our clinic is getting busier, and we want to continue providing the exceptional experience our patients have come to expect.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and enjoys helping people. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.

Responsibilities include:
✅ Scheduling appointments
✅ Answering phone calls
✅ Greeting patients
✅ Processing payments
✅ Supporting daily clinic operations

No healthcare experience? No problem. Customer service, administrative, fitness, hospitality, or related experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.

🚨 FLASHBACK FRIDAY 🚨

As we continue counting down to our 10-Year Anniversary Party on June 20, today’s flashback takes us back to March of 2020…a time none of us will ever forget.

This was a post we made when COVID was first starting to make headlines. At the time, we were trying to have a little fun with a serious situation and share some practical advice with our patients.

What we didn’t realize was just how much things were about to change.

I remember posting this on Friday, March 13, 2020. By the following Friday, we had lost nearly 70% of our caseload.

It was one of the most stressful times in our company’s history. We had just completed construction on our new facility, uncertainty was everywhere, and like many small business owners, we had no idea what the future would hold.

But we got through it.

And we got through it because of the incredible support from our patients, families, friends, and community. The people who continued to trust us, refer to us, support us, and believe in what we were building.

Looking back now, it’s amazing to see how far we’ve come.

From navigating a global pandemic to celebrating 10 years in business, we’re incredibly grateful for everyone who has been part of the journey.

Thank you for supporting ProForm Physical Therapy through the highs, the lows, and everything in between.

We hope you’ll join us on Saturday, June 20 from 11 AM–3 PM as we celebrate 10 years of ProForm with food, music, raffles, local vendors, giveaways, and a whole lot of memories.

Another great year at the NPC Natural Mass Championships yesterday. As always, it was an incredible event with an awesome lineup of competitors bringing great energy to the stage.

Huge thank you to Jimmy Ciampi for inviting ProForm back as a sponsor for the second year in a row. We truly appreciate the opportunity to continue supporting such a great event and being part of the NPC community.

Although I wasn’t able to hand out awards this year, my wife gladly stepped in and filled the role for me 🙌🏻

It was also great having both my wife and daughter there by my side supporting me and helping out throughout the day. Means a lot to be able to share these experiences with family.

We always enjoy giving back to the bodybuilding community that has given us so much over the years. Proud to represent ProForm and continue supporting the sport and athletes we love.
