For over 30 years, we are committed to this and we continually grade ourselves through customer feedback and the willingness to make changes in our systems. For more than 40 years, Lulu has dedicated herself to Authentic Dental Lab, giving so much of her time, talent, and heart. Her loyalty and commitment have helped shape our lab into the successful, close-knit family it is today.

Lulu is truly the “Lab Mother” to everyone. She is generous, kind, caring, and always willing to share her knowledge or lend a helping hand. She genuinely cares about every person who walks through our doors—from our employees and customers to their families. Her warmth makes people feel welcome, valued, and loved.

Lulu has helped make Authentic Dental Lab more than just a workplace—she has helped make it a family. She is one of the biggest reasons people love working here, and her impact can be felt throughout every part of our lab. Her dedication to our customers, attention to detail, and love for the work she does are truly unmatched.

We had such a great time hosting everyone at Authentic Dental Laboratory! 🦷

A huge thank you to our owner, Bob Marbach, for sharing his presentation on the importance of **getting it right the first time**. Reviewing the fundamentals of dentistry is always valuable—strong basics help prevent remakes, save time, and lead to better outcomes for both dentists and patients.

It was wonderful to see so many dentists attend, tour the lab, and spend time with our team. We truly enjoyed meeting everyone and appreciate you taking the time to join us.

We had a wonderful time welcoming students from Palo Alto College for a behind-the-scenes tour of Authentic Dental Laboratory!

It was a pleasure sharing our passion for dental technology and giving students a firsthand look at the craftsmanship, innovation, and teamwork that go into creating quality dental restorations. We hope the experience provided valuable insight into the dental laboratory profession and inspired future careers in the industry.

We had such a great time hosting dental assisting students at **Authentic Dental Lab** for a behind-the-scenes lab tour! 🦷✨

It was awesome getting to show them how everything works and watch them learn so much throughout the experience. Their curiosity and excitement made it even more fun for our team!

And to top it all off… they had a blast at the end when we showed them the wild animals 🐾—definitely a highlight of the day!

Thanks for coming out and spending time with us—we loved having you!
