Core IPL performance. Compact tabletop platform.
Meet ChromaClear, powered by LVX+™ Technology — advanced light delivery engineered for precision, versatility, and control.
Built for simplicity:
• Fixed 560 nm / 590 nm two-filter set — no wavelength selection step
• Single 15 × 35 mm standard lightguide
• 3–8 ms pulse width, 5–50 ms inter-pulse delay, single / double / triple pulse at 1 Hz
• Up to 25 J/cm² maximum energy density
• Water cooling with TEC temperature control
• 25 kg, compact horizontal footprint for smaller treatment rooms
One interface, one training path, one service documentation set — shared with ChromaClear Pro.
ChromaClear is a work in progress under development by LIGHTMED Corporation. It has not been assessed under Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR), does not bear the CE or UKCA mark, and is not cleared or approved by the U.S. FDA for commercial distribution. When the Academy of Laser Dentistry runs its Er:YAG workshop this October, LIGHTMED is sponsoring it. That isn't incidental. Er:YAG at 2940 nm is the wavelength our dental work is built around — the highest absorption in water and hydroxyapatite, precise cutting across hard and soft tissue, minimal collateral damage. Backing the workshop where clinicians actually get their hands on it is the most direct way we know to support the field. Then come find us at Booth #106. The SAPPHIRE Er:YAG dental laser will be on the floor — hard tissue, bone, soft tissue and periodontal, and endodontic procedures from one platform, powered by Fiberless Core Tech™: no fiber optics to replace, no external compressor to install. Bring your questions. Better still, come put your hands on it. ALD 2026 · October 15–17 · Las Vegas Booth #106 · Proud sponsor of the Er:YAG Workshop

Half a millimetre, in either direction.
Where the plasma forms is not always where the aiming beam is pointing. The LIGHTLas YAG-V gives you ±500 µm of posterior/anterior offset to close that gap — continuously variable, so the focal point goes exactly where you intend rather than stepping toward it.
That range does three things:
Detailed titration of treatment focus, without compromising comfort.Clinical versatility for multi-patient environments with numerous IOL types.Higher accuracy and greater control, adjustable to the case in front of you.
Around it sits the optical design — a high-resolution slit lamp optimized for anterior segment procedures, and a beam splitter-free build with internally coated safety optics for a crisp field of view.
A progressive laser, inside and out.
DM us or comment "YAG-V" and we'll send the full specifications.

Every laser that cuts hard tissue needs cooling. The real question is how much of your operatory that takes up. On SAPPHIRE, the water spray system is built into the back of the console — not a separate unit to source, position and find bench space for. Stable air and water flow is delivered straight to the tip of the handpiece, cooling oral tissue throughout the procedure. Setup is straightforward, and there's no calibration step standing between you and the first case of the day. → Stable air and water flow to the handpiece tip → Tissue cooling during laser operation → Integrated into the console, saving clinic space → Easy setup, no calibration required One less thing to install. One less thing to maintain. Full specifications at lightmed.com

If your teeth look longer than they used to, they probably aren't. Your gums have moved. Gingival recession is the gum margin pulling back from the crown, exposing root surface that was never meant to be visible. It happens slowly — periodontal disease, brushing too hard, grinding, a naturally thin gum biotype, or years of orthodontic movement can all contribute — which is why most people notice the look before they notice anything else. Two things worth knowing: → Exposed root is softer than enamel, so it's more prone to sensitivity and decay → Gum tissue doesn't grow back on its own. Recession gets managed, not outwaited What treatment looks like depends on how much tissue has been lost and why it happened. Watch the procedure above. If your teeth are starting to look longer, or cold drinks have started to sting, raise it at your next visit. Earlier is easier.

Periodontal disinfection usually means adding a step — an irrigant, an adjunct, a separate protocol. Er:YAG doesn't. The wavelength carries a natural bactericidal property, so disinfection isn't layered onto the procedure — it's a property of the instrument performing it. That's what makes the results predictable. What follows from a minimally invasive approach: → Effective periodontal disinfection as part of the treatment itself → Many perio procedures performed without anesthetic needles → Significantly reduced post-op discomfort and recovery time, so patients return to work and daily life sooner And it's all one handpiece. The ST 700 chisel tip covers calculus removal, scaling and root planing, flap incision and pocket debridement. See the full indication set at lightmed.com

You can only treat what you can clearly see.
The LIGHTLas SLT Deux-V is built around a high-resolution LED slit lamp with Split Tower Illumination and Wide Field Optics — a beam splitter-free design with internally coated safety optics, delivering a large, crisp field of view.
Five-step magnification from 5x to 38x, a large focus shift, and ±500 µm of posterior/anterior offset. Finding the trabecular meshwork and staying on it become the same motion.
"Visibility is way better. The optics are so superior, and with the gonio lens, everything is clear especially when finding the trabecular meshwork." — Nir Shoham-Hazon, MD

The 20th ISLD World Congress lands in Dubai this November — and for the first time, the world's leading laser dentistry organizations are convening under one roof. ISLD and ALD, uniting for three days at a scale the field hasn't seen: → 5 halls, including one dedicated entirely to PBMT → 80+ international faculty and 28 invited speakers → The first-ever global consensus in laser dentistry → A full dental exhibition, plus two evenings built for networking That consensus session is the one to circle. A shared international standard for how laser dentistry is practiced and taught shapes the next decade of the field, not just the next conference cycle. Find the LIGHTMED team at Booths 145 & 146 — come see the SAPPHIRE Er:YAG in person. 20th ISLD World Congress · November 12–14, 2026 · Dubai Registration is open.
