We’re a group of therapists who specialize in supporting healthcare workers; the folks who spend their days caring for others and often forget to care for themselves. We all know that life can get hectic and finding moments of peace can feel impossible. 

That’s why Hope for Healers is thrilled to announce our initiative: The “Cultivating Calm” Series. 

Hosted by two of our dedicated students, Ava and Robin, this is a unique 6-week group session designed to help you build a personalized toolkit for managing stress.

The Details:

What: A skill-building group session focused on helping you discover an individualized coping skill that actually works for your life.
When: Starting Saturday, April 25th, for 6 consecutive Saturdays.
Where: Online via Zoom
Spots Available: Only 10. We’re keeping it intimate to ensure everyone gets personalized attention!

Ava and Robin have created a safe and supportive space to explore different techniques and walk away with practical strategies you can use every day.
