•Sunset Yoga Flow (Moon Salutations)
•Guided Full Moon Meditation & Release Practice
•Intention-Setting Reflection
•Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath

✨ What to Bring:

•Yoga mat and towel for underneath your mat
•BLANKETS, pillows, or bolsters (anything to help you feel comfortable on the earth)
•LAYERS OF CLOTHING — it can get chilly as the sun sets
•Eye pillow or mask for relaxation
•Water
•An open heart and willingness to release

All levels are welcome. Come as you are - leave lighter, aligned, and glowing with Full Moon energy.
