“As March Ends, May Begins”
March has ended— with its restless winds,
its in-between days, its lessons tucked inside storms.
It came like a teacher, sometimes gentle,
sometimes firm—reminding me that growth doesn’t always feel like blooming.
And now… May begins.
Not loudly—but with a quiet kind of promise.
With soft mornings, longer light, and hope stretching its arms again.
May doesn’t erase what March carried. It builds on it. Every tear, every prayer, every moment I thought I wouldn’t make it— somehow brought me here.
So I don’t rush past the ending.
I honor it.
Because March made me stronger, and May is teaching me how to be softer again.
To breathe deeper, to notice more, to live—not just endure.
So here I stand—between what was and what is becoming—Thankful for the strength behind me,
and open to the beauty ahead. 🌸
