San Francisco's longest-running and largest pregnancy, birth & early parenting resource center We are located in San Francisco's Mission District.

Natural Resources is San Francisco's oldest pregnancy, birth and early parenting resource center & retail store, serving families for more than 30 years. Due to COVID-19 we have moved our classes and support offerings online. We have also launched an online store, and we are providing concierge virtual shopping by appointment. CLASSES & GROUPS: We are thrilled to offer virtual classes and groups. We are committed to continuing to empower, educate, and build community - while protecting the health of our facilitators and students. SHOPPING: You can shop on our BRAND NEW online store 24 hours a day. We offer NO TOUCH pick up and SHIPPING for orders. If you can't find it online or have questions you can get advice & shop 1-on-1 via phone or video with a Natural Resources team member. In-store shopping is also available, masks required. We have hand sanitizer &/or a sink ready for you, and are limiting the number of adults in the store to 6 at a time. Order pick-up: Mon - Sat 11am - 5pm, Sun 11am - 3pm

In-store shopping: Mon - Sat 12pm - 5pm, Sun 12pm - 3pm (subject to change). RENTALS & SERVICES: Breastpumps, Birth Tub, TENS Machine Rentals are available. Please make an appointment to make a reservation or schedule pick up. nraff.org/appointments

It’s spooky season, and we have a fun party planned for you! Join us on Halloween, Saturday, October 31st,from 10am - noon! This FREE event is open to everyone, so please share with your friends! We will have a costume contest, and the winner will receive a gift certificate for a music class with us!

Our monthly Find a Doula Meet & Greet is a casual, facilitated way to meet local Birth + Postpartum Doulas face-to-face and find someone who feels like the right fit for your family.

Meet doulas with a range of experience, training and pricing, ask questions, learn about the different ways a doula can support you, and start building the team you want around you for birth + postpartum.

Join us Monday, November 2nd for a welcoming, facilitated walk for new parents, co-parents and caregivers to connect, share what’s on your mind, and meet others in the same season of life.

We’ll start and end at Natural Resources, with a flat walk around the Mission District followed by time to relax and let little ones stretch out in our playspace. Come early to feed, change, or settle in before we head out.

Our Lactation + Pumping Support Circle is a welcoming space to bring your baby, ask questions, get hands-on support, and connect with other parents navigating feeding right alongside you.

Pregnant? Come learn before baby arrives! Pregnant parents are always welcome to join the circle for free! It's a great opportunity to ask questions, learn what to expect, and feel a little more prepared for feeding your baby.

Babyproofing Your Relationship is designed for expecting and new parents who want to feel more prepared for the transition into parenthood together.

Through conversation, practical tools, and guided exercises, you’ll explore communication, intimacy, division of responsibilities, navigating differences, and how to stay connected when life suddenly looks very different. Partners are included in registration.
