This week, we celebrated our Interim CEO, Cindy Berríos, as she closed out an important chapter with OTM, pachanga style! 🎉💃🏽✨

We danced, sang, broke bread, and enjoyed the beautiful sounds of mariachi 🎶🌹, all in the company of the incredible OTM team ❤️.

Cindy, we will miss you dearly! Thank you for your steady leadership, your genuine care, and your fierce commitment to our communities and team. 💪🏽✨ Your impact has been immeasurable, and we are deeply grateful for all you have given to OTM. 🌟
