🔮 When you look at this, how do you feel? 🔮

Don’t overthink it. Take a moment and notice the first thing you feel, see, or are drawn to. Maybe it’s a certain crystal, a color, the center, or even the way the whole piece makes you feel.

🌿 A little grounding exercise:
Take a slow, deep breath in.
Close your eyes.
Place your feet firmly on the ground and imagine roots growing from your feet into the earth beneath you.

Take another breath and ask yourself:

“What do I need to release?”
“What do I need to feel grounded?”
“What do I want to call back into myself?”

Sit with whatever comes up. No judgment. No need to force an answer. 🤍

Sometimes healing begins simply by pausing long enough to listen to yourself.
