Sciatica = irritation of the sciatic nerve causing radiating pain down the leg. This is common due to prolonged sitting, repetitive loading, and reduced hip mobility.

Here are some movements to help find relief ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

1๏ธโƒฃ Nerve Glides โ€“ 8โ€“10 reps/side
Gently straighten your knee and pull your toes up, then ease off.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Move in and out of tensionโ€”donโ€™t force it

2๏ธโƒฃ Half Kneeling Rocker โ€“ 10โ€“12 reps/side
Rock your hips forward while keeping your spine neutral.
๐Ÿ‘‰ You should feel a stretch in the front of the hip

3๏ธโƒฃ Lunge Isometric Hold โ€“ 20โ€“30 sec/side
Drop slightly into a lunge and hold steady.
