Meet Juan Rodriguez, Our Featured Patient Of The Week... Juan recently retired after 20 years as a pilot for Southwest Airlines.
It was an incredible profession because it allowed Juan to see and experience most of the world while flying his passengers to destinations near and far.
A few years ago, Juan noticed he couldn't see as clearly as he wanted to see, as he was constantly putting glasses on and off throughout the day. His wife Chery who had been a patient at our office for over 45 years told Juan to call our office and fix the problem once and for all.
I was able to successfully fit Juan into his new Hi-Definition soft lenses with excellent results, as he could now see clearly in both distance and near with total comfort and crystal clear vision.
Fast forward to just last week, when Juan came in for his annual appointment. With his beautiful smile, we decided to do this short video for all our patients!

Our Global Reach: With tens of thousands of successful patients in 32 states and 10 foreign countries, founder and director of the Lyon Contact Lens Center Bill Lyon has served his patients well.
Every year our multi generational patient base ranging in ages from 2 year olds all the way to 90+ year olds come to our office for their yearly examinations.

A BLAST FROM THE PAST... Meet My Friend Jim Hodson. 45 Years ago, Jim came to my office as a first-time patient. He was only 19 years old and wore thick and heavy eyeglasses. At 6 feet 8 inches tall, he definitely wanted to make some physical changes to his appearance, and I was more than happy to make that happen.
Fast forward 45 years, and Jim still comes to my office for the custom lenses that I developed and designed for him. Over the past 4 1/2 decades, Jim has experienced every new generation of lenses that I have designed for him.
His newest lenses are the 7th generation "Air-Lens" that allows him Jim to sleep with his lenses and enable crystal clear 20/15 vision for both near and distance zones with total comfort.
Thank you Jim, for the many years you have blessed our office as both a patient and a friend! Here's to many more years of clear vision and healthy eyes coming your way!

For You Know???
* Over 70% of our patients previously failed with their old style contact lenses before they came to our office?
* More than 50% of our patients previously needed bifocals before they were successfully transitioned into one of our many bifocal contact lens programs?
* 80% of our patients have moderate to severe astigmatism that we have successfully corrected with their new contact lenses?
* 25% of our patients are under the age of 16...a crucial time in the development of confidence, social, sporting activities, etc?
* 15% of our patients still require contact lenses to fine-tune their vision, even after post lasik complications or cataract surgeries?
* The average patient has been with us as both a patient / and friend to our office for 22 years?
