We have two locations that are conveniently located near you and have an extremely supportive a

nd friendly staff with bilingual speakers in both Spanish or Vietnamese. We look forward to providing you and your family the best eye care experience imaginable. We are direct providers for Vision Service Plan (VSP), CalOptima, Medi-Cal, EyeMed and most vision insurance companies. As a courtesy, we can also directly bill other vision plans if pre-authorization is given. For eye exams with medical diagnoses such as infections, foreign body removals, glaucoma, macular degeneration, dry eyes and inflammations, we are providers for Medicare, Aetna, Blue Shield PPO, Anthem PPO and United Health Care. For HMOs and other insurance plans we accept payment and reimburse the patient if the insurance policy pays for the services provided.
