✨ ESTATE ITEM OF THE WEEK | ABSTRACT EXPRESSIONISM

A statement piece with a story to tell. This large-scale abstract painting, attributed to California artist Chelsea Brie Maslow Owens, brings together atmospheric layers of ochre, cream, charcoal, slate gray, and blue-green, anchored by a striking pop of magenta-pink.

With expressive brushwork, textured passages, and cascading drips, the composition evokes the movement and mood of a coastal landscape. A beautiful addition for collectors and design lovers alike.

Sometimes, the details are everything ☀️

After decades in Santa Barbara, our client was ready to begin a new chapter in Colorado. While their relocation involved countless moving pieces, one special detail required a little extra coordination: making sure their beloved 2006 Mercedes-Benz made the journey with them.

From coordinating its week-long charging process to arranging its transport from California to Colorado, we managed the details so our client could focus on what mattered most—settling into their next chapter.

This is what white-glove support looks like at SB SOS.

We don’t simply help you move from one place to another. We thoughtfully coordinate the many details that come with a significant life transition, from the sentimental to the logistical, so nothing feels overwhelming.

Because after decades in a home and a lifetime of memories, you deserve more than a moving plan.

You deserve a trusted team to handle the details. ♥️

Selling a home and moving aren’t two separate challenges—they’re one big life change. ❤️

In this short from our conversation with the Westens, our clients from 2025-2026 and now dear friends, we talk about one of our most elaborate downsizing and sale projects and why the next chapter has to be part of the plan from the very beginning.

From thoughtfully marketing and selling the home to helping our clients find the right place to land, our goal is to make the entire transition feel seamless…and even enjoyable!

And the best part? Seeing our clients happy, comfortable, and settled into their new home. That’s what it’s all about. 🏡

It takes communication, organization, care, and a great team to make a move like this possible.
