I’ve been thinking lately about how much pressure we place on ourselves to “optimize” our health. New products, trending supplements, long protocols… it can feel like the only path to wellness is through doing, buying, and taking more.

But in Chinese medicine, and in the lived experience of thousands of years, the most profound shifts come from the basics:

One of the things I love most about acupuncture is the partnership it creates.
My patients are the experts on their own bodies, and together we explore what feels right: treatments, herbs, the whole plan.

I adore these moments in clinic: a patient with tea in hand, reading through herbal manuals, listening to their own inner wisdom. Healing is collaborative. Always. ✨
