Remember Squatober? Our reigning MVP does. 🏆

Last October, Norma squatted 1,500 times and helped lead our Hendersonville Downtown team to a win in the Asheville region’s Squatober challenge.

That win didn’t happen in one month. Norma has trained with our team for years. Working with Marnie, Tim, Kyle and Wes, she learned that a stronger lower body means less strain on your back. That’s how she overcame severe back pain, and it’s why she keeps squatting all year long.

That’s the point. Physical therapy and rehab aren’t extras. They’re essential for thriving now and in the future. Every squat today is an investment in getting up from a chair, climbing the stairs and doing what you love for years to come.

There are still days left in October, and still time before the year wraps up. Whatever goal you set back in January, it’s not too late to get moving. 💪

A Legacy of Transformative Care 🏆 Congratulations to Mark on his induction into the Kansas Athletic Trainers' Society Hall of Fame!

For more than 40 years, Mark has made sure athletes have access to the care they need to be unstoppable. On the sidelines, in the clinic, and as a mentor to the next generation of athletic trainers, his work has always been centered around caring for people.

Mark’s impact goes beyond the injuries he’s evaluated and the rehab plans he’s built. It shows up in the athletes he’s helped get back to what they love, the colleagues he’s supported through tough moments, and the clinicians who carry his lessons forward.

Mark, thank you for a career that shows what transformative care looks like in action. This recognition is so well deserved. 💙
