It really isn’t just a facial for me …
I’m trying to figure out how doing facials in my own space feels so different (than doing a facial at the chain spa I work at part time) and it’s because so much love has been poured into the space and everything is intentional. I think because my face is also my brand my clients that find me through social media or referrals are always aligned and people with good energy that I genuinely like being around and while I’m still building and growing the clientele for Beautiful Inside & Out I am so proud of the energy in my little space because it makes such a big difference . Energy and vibes are kinda everything.. ✨🙏❤️

Saw this magnificent ancient oak today — estimated to be around 300-500 years old. It literally stopped me in my tracks. The way its branches stretch out wide, so strong and so sure of themselves… I was completely captivated. Breathtaking doesn’t even cover it. 🌿

Clocked In Vs Clocked out ⏰ esthetician/ massage therapist/ business owner edition..
A lot of business owner will tell you you never clock out when you own a business. I’m still trying to find a balance as I am in my 7 years of doing aesthetics full on . My job used to also be my hobby and while it is a great thing to do what you love it has also lead to burn out many times already haha.
I have found non business related hobbies and past times that bring joy to my life and let me be a better/ happier person for my clients .
Things I enjoy : yoga , hanging out with friends , coffee, kdram, bts , concerts..
As someone that takes care of other for a living I am able to do that a lot better when I’ve taken care of myself first . I do sometimes struggle now with focusing back on business hence why I’m trying to find a balance but I feel happier.
