If you’re feeling stuck, sometimes the best person to talk to is someone who has already walked the path🛣️

Our team — Amanda, Colleen, and Tina — understands the weight of food addiction because they’ve lived it. They aren't just trained experts, they're people in long-term food addiction recovery. We know what the obsession feels like from the inside out. That’s why we offer free Clarity Conversations!

These aren't a sales pitch. They are honest, 1:1 conversations to help you make sense of what you're facing and explore the paths to freedom. If SHiFT treatment isn’t the right fit for you, we’ll help you find a resource that is!

No obligation. No cost. Just clarity.

"It's healthy, so I can eat as much as I want!"

Us food addicts are master negotiators, so it's no surprise that most of us have probably said this to ourselves at least once.

If it’s from the healthy food aisle, our brains automatically give us a free pass. For some, the volume and intent can matter more than the ingredients. 'Healthy' foods can still be used to numb out or lose control...the dopamine hit is the same!

It’s not about the label on the box; it’s about the feeling in your head when you can't stop. Let’s talk about it! Free clarity conversations available here: https://calendly.com/shift-one-on-one/30min?month=2026-06

"They’re just being nice...it’s rude to say no when they worked so hard on this!"

Food gifts can be difficult to navigate, especially in the early days of recovery. Friends and family may push you to "be hospitable" but for a food addict, one bite is like a spark in a dry forest.

Your "no" isn't about their cooking, it’s about your recovery.

You aren't being rude by protecting your abstinence and you don't owe anyone your relapse. If you need help navigating those conversations and holding strong to your boundaries, let’s talk about it!

Sometimes, the biggest breakthrough comes from finally allowing yourself to be vulnerable. đź’ˇ

We know how exhausting it is to battle constant food obsession, especially when you’ve been searching for answers for a long time. This recent testimonial from a 2025 Intensive attendee is a beautiful reminder that freedom is possible, even when it feels out of reach.

"You can’t be a food addict, you aren't fat!" 🤯

Pain doesn't have a 'look.' and addiction isn't a number on a scale.

There are plenty of people who maintain a certain weight through over-exercising, restriction, or 'purging' cycles, all while their minds are screaming about their next fix. You can’t judge someone’s internal battle by their clothing size.

If you need a hand deciphering which support might work best for you in your life, let's talk about it in a FREE Clarity Conversation! https://calendly.com/shift-one-on-one/30min
