π§Thirsty Thursday Tip!! π§When should you drink electrolytes? I get this question a lot!! When you lose significant fluids through heavy sweating, extended intense exercise, or illness you need to add electrolytes. When you do not need them is when you are doing day to day chores or short workouts, under an hour! In general, Plain water is best for daily hydration. Go grab a glass of water and chug a lug! Your body will Thank You!! π π
