I’m excited to be offering two more opportunities to experience the calming combination of halotherapy and sound healing at Time For You Healing Center!

📅 June 23 | 6:00–7:00 PM

Settle into a comfortable position in the salt room as you’re immersed in the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments. Halotherapy supports respiratory and skin health, while sound healing encourages deep relaxation, stress relief, and nervous system regulation.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or simply craving an hour to reconnect with yourself, this experience offers space to slow down, breathe, and receive.

Space is limited for both sessions.

I love being outside this time of year, planting my flowers and filling my hummingbird feeders and Oriole feeders, HOWEVER, my allergies feel differently! I am so thankful for the salt room and halotherapy ❤️ I wouldn’t be able to do those things that I enjoy this time of year if I wasn’t able to clear my airways.
