A comprehensive approach to facial rejuvenation 🤍

This patient traveled in for surgery and is just two days post-op here. At this stage, some swelling is expected, but what stands out most is how natural everything is already looking and how well she’s feeling.

Her plan included an Extended Deep Plane Face & Neck Lift to address deeper structural aging, restoring definition through the jawline and neck while supporting the midface. Rather than simply tightening, this technique repositions underlying tissue for results that look like her, just refreshed.

To further enhance the eye area, periorbital fat grafting with microfat was used to soften hollowing and create a smoother, more rested appearance. An endoscopic brow lift helped elevate and open the upper face, especially in areas where there was heaviness.

For overall skin quality, microneedling with nanofat was incorporated to support skin rejuvenation, improving texture and giving the skin a healthier, more refined look over time.

A comprehensive approach like this allows each area to work together, creating balance instead of focusing on just one feature.

What an outstanding few days at VCS 2026 surrounded by some of the brightest minds in aesthetic surgery and dermatology. The energy, innovation, and collaboration at this meeting continue to make it one of the premier educational events in our specialty.

Healing looks different from what most people expect.

In Part 2 of our Deep Plane Face + Neck Lift testimonial series, Daniell shares what the recovery process actually felt like in the weeks following her procedure. What stood out most was how quickly she began to see progress day by day, and how that confidence built early on.
