One of the reasons thyroid issues can be frustrating is that they don't always show up as one obvious symptom.

Sometimes someone simply tells me:

“I don't feel like myself anymore.”

That's when I start asking questions.

What changed? When did it change? How are you sleeping? What's happening with your energy, weight, digestion, hair, mood, hormones and metabolism?

Then we look at the appropriate data.

I don't want to assume every case of fatigue is thyroid-related.

I also don't want to dismiss what you're experiencing simply because one number doesn't immediately explain the whole picture.

If several of these changes sound familiar and you've been trying to figure out what's actually behind the way you feel, let's talk.

My Discovery Call is free and takes just 15 minutes. It's an opportunity to tell me what's going on and find out whether working together is the right next step.

I don't think there is a greater compliment I could receive from a patient.

A.J. recently shared:

“Dr Roz is unlike any doctor I’ve ever worked with. Her commitment to care is deeply felt, and her knowledge about the body and the world around it is phenomenal. She truly does everything she can to get to the root of issues, and not just mask the symptoms.

In a country where healthcare can be so difficult, and you feel like you’re constantly chasing your health issues to be left feeling defeated, this is a clinic where you can actually feel like someone is on your side.

Dr Roz has changed my life for the better. I have been dealing with autoimmune conditions since I was 18 years old, and at 31, I feel like I understand my body more than ever. Thank you to Dr Roz and the entire team! You all are the best!!!” — A.J.

That's something I want for every patient who walks through my door.

I want you to understand what we're looking at, why we're looking at it, what may be contributing to the way you feel, and what we can do about it together.
You shouldn't feel like you're chasing symptoms without answers.

If you've been looking for someone to take a deeper look at your health, contact me and let's start with a conversation.

Peptides are everywhere right now.

And that's exactly why I want patients to slow down.

These aren't supplements you randomly add to your routine and “see how you feel.” Peptides participate in signaling processes throughout the body, which is why I take them seriously.

Before I consider peptide therapy, I want data.

I want to understand what we're trying to accomplish, what your labs show, your health history, what else you're taking, and whether peptide therapy actually makes sense.

And yes—sometimes I will tell you that you don't need a peptide at all.

I have a lot of tools in my toolbox. My job isn't to prescribe the trendiest one. It's to help determine which one makes sense for you.

Curious about peptide therapy but not sure what information to trust?

Schedule a free 15-minute Discovery Call with me. We'll talk about what you're trying to improve and whether working together makes sense.

There are certain things women will talk about with their friends for hours.

And then there's bladder leakage.

I've met women who have quietly worn pads, crossed their legs before sneezing, stopped jumping during workouts, and planned outings around bathroom access for years.

They adapted.

But what if you didn't have to keep adapting?

VTone is one of the tools I use to help women with pelvic-floor weakness. It stimulates the pelvic-floor muscles to help retrain and strengthen them.

For some women, VTone may be appropriate on its own. For others, I may recommend FormaV or a combination approach depending on what's contributing to their symptoms.

And sometimes we need to look somewhere else entirely.

That's why we start with a conversation.

If bladder leaks have quietly become part of your routine, schedule a free 15-minute Discovery Call with me. It's private, there's no pressure, and we'll talk about whether my approach may be right for you.

Everyone wants to talk to me about balancing their hormones.

Fewer people expect me to start asking questions about their kitchen, personal-care products, plastics, occupational exposures, diet, and everyday environment.

But I do.

Because if we're trying to help your body function optimally, I don't want to look at your hormone levels in isolation.

I want to know what may be influencing them even if we're doing other treatment.

And no, I don't expect you to throw away everything in your house tomorrow that may be a hormone disruptor.

We start with your health and what matters most in your routines. We help make realistic changes over time, and use appropriate testing to understand what is actually happening inside YOUR body.

That's root-cause medicine.

I know how important this can be because environmental exposure was part of my own health story. Discovering mercury toxicity changed my health—and changed my career.

If you've been wondering what may actually be behind the way you feel, let's start with a conversation.

My Discovery Call is free, takes just 15 minutes, and gives us a chance to see if working together is right for you.

Women are incredibly good at adapting. Sometimes too good.

You cross your legs before you sneeze.

Skip certain exercises.

Know where the bathroom is before you need it.

Keep something in your purse “just in case.”

And eventually, those little adjustments just become part of life.

But bladder leaks aren't something you have to quietly work around.

When women come to see me, I want to understand what's contributing to the problem and what we can do to help restore strength and function.

For some women, treatments like VTone can help retrain and strengthen weakened pelvic floor muscles, while FormaV can help improve the tissues that support bladder control.

The right approach depends on your body, your symptoms, and what's actually causing them.

You deserve to move, laugh, exercise, and live without planning around your bladder.

Not everyone who comes to me with low energy needs hormones.

And not everyone with “normal” hormone levels is necessarily functioning at their best.

That's why I don't start with the treatment.

I start with you.

How are you sleeping? How is your energy? What's happening with your metabolism, thyroid, stress, nutrition, and overall health? What has changed—and why?

Sometimes hormone rebalancing is an important piece of that puzzle.

Sometimes we uncover other things that need attention first.

I have many tools in my toolbox, from nutrition and lifestyle changes to targeted supplementation, peptide therapy, metabolic support, BHRT, and more.

The goal is knowing which tools your body actually needs.

That's what health optimization looks like to me.

If you don't feel like yourself lately, let's find out what's actually behind it. https://drroznmd.com/scottsdale-naturopathic-services/hormonal-balancing-and-restoration/

If your entire GLP-1 plan is the prescription, you're missing the most important part.

Yes, GLP-1s can be incredibly helpful for the right patient.

But I don't want you simply eating less.

I want you eating well.

Getting enough protein. Protecting your muscle. Strength training. Improving your metabolic health. Changing the habits that contributed to weight gain in the first place.

Because the goal isn't just to see the number on the scale go down while you're taking a peptide.

The goal is to build a healthier body and habits that can support you long-term.

And that means having a plan for what comes next—including regularly evaluating whether you still need the medication, rather than assuming it's automatically forever.

Peptides can be powerful tools.

But they're still just that: tools.

Find out what's actually behind your energy, drive, focus—and the way you feel every day.

Your health is more than whether your labs fall inside the “normal” range.

Blood sugar creeping up. Changes in cholesterol. Weight that suddenly feels harder to manage. Lower energy. Hormone changes.

I don't want to wait until those things become bigger problems before we pay attention.

I want to understand why they're changing in the first place.

Sometimes that means addressing insulin resistance or prediabetes early. Sometimes it's hormones, thyroid function, inflammation, nutrition, sleep, stress, or several things working together.

That's why I look at the whole picture.

The goal isn't simply to treat disease.

It's to understand your body, optimize your health, and help you feel your best for as long as possible.

I have no interest in making you look like a different person.

When I recommend Morpheus8, the goal is to improve the quality of your skin—not change the features that make you look like you.

Morpheus8 stimulates your body's own collagen response, so improvements in firmness, texture, and skin quality develop gradually.

Natural is the goal.

Think healthier, refreshed skin—not an obviously “done” appearance.

Less Filler. More Morpheus8.
