Formally known as "Ladies Workout Express", we have evolved to meet the changing needs of the women of our community. We will continue to offer our large selection of group fitness classes including ZUMBA(r), Yoga and strength training with both in person classes and virtually from the comfort of your home. We have a NEW fitness circuit which will give participants the experience of personal train

ing in a small group atmosphere. Our new programs will include a wide variety of programs to help heal, nourish and transform our hearts and mind. With options from meditation classes, women's support groups, crafting and metaphysical workshops, the center is a one stop for women of all ages. Ladies Wellness Experience

What a great day we had at our Summer Party! Thank you Shelter Link, Sage & Selenite Holistic Spa & Boutique & Lefty Music by Mike Pinelli for being a part of the fun! And a special thanks to everyone that came out to support. Raffles for Shelterlink will be available for purchase until Monday 7/14.

Due to inclement weather, classes are canceled today 2/9. I have checked with ladies who live near the gym and the area has not been plowed yet.

Nilo’s area has also not been plowed & she is unable to get out.

We will be open tomorrow morning & I will be back. See you all then.

The studio will be closed tomorrow 2/6.
I apologize in advance but I am facing a trifecta of issues for tomorrow.

First, while I’m no longer running fever, I am also still not feeling great.

Second, we are supposed to wake up to very bad weather tomorrow.

Third, unfortunately my family has to say goodbye to one of our cats in the morning.

Morning ladies, I have been running fever since yesterday afternoon. I’m not going to come in today Wednesday 2/5 and am cancelling morning classes. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
