Most people think of vanity when they think of red light therapy.

But did you know it's actually a powerhouse for your wellness? Red light therapy benefits include:

• Cellular energy (mitochondrial function)
• Inflammation response
• Recovery support

Everyone focuses on the moments in the sauna and cold plunge.

But the magic is in the pause you take after.

That’s when your body:
• Regulates
• Recovers
• Adapts

Don’t rush out. Sit in our relax room. Breathe. Reset.

It's about finding your inner peace.

When you hit cold:
Your body panics → your breath brings it back to center.

That’s nervous system training in real time.

This is why people leave feeling:
✨️ Clearer
💧 Calmer
🔥 More resilient

It’s not the cold. It’s how you respond to it.

Sweating is a powerful thing, but your routine afterward is just as important as the sweat itself. Biggest mistakes we see:

❌ Leaving dehydrated
❌ Skipping electrolytes
❌ Jumping straight back into stress

The real benefits happen after your session, when you allow your body to embrace the peace.

Hydrate. Slow down. Let your body absorb the work. Your post-sweat routine matters more than you think.

Minutes 1 to 5: Blood vessels expand
Minutes 5 to 15: Heart rate rises
Minutes 15 to 30: Your body starts to adapt

This is why consistency will always trump intensity when it comes to sweating in an infrared sauna.

You don’t need to “tough it out.”

You need to show up. 🔥

Did you know?
Cold exposure activates your sympathetic nervous system, then trains a faster return to a parasympathetic (calm) state, improving stress tolerance and emotional regulation.

Control your breath. Stay in it. Let your body adapt.

This is the work.✨
