I am a 2nd Degree Reiki practitioner in the traditional Usui method. I was certified by Diane Larson, Seattle City Reiki in 2015.

Reiki feels amazing and deeply relaxing. It rejuvenates, relieves stress, and pain from physical ailments. Reiki, meaning universal life force, is a natural hands on or distant energy healing. It dissolves blocked energy and detoxifies the body. After an attunement by a Reiki master, the practitioner has a channel open for universal life force energy. It goes through the practitioner first and then through the hands. The hands will give off a heat and the client might feel warmth, coolness, tingling sensations, muscle twitches as blocked energy dissolves and a deepening of relaxation. There is no transference of energy between client and practioner. It works for the highest priority needed first. Repeated sessions are the most effective way to heal something, as every time you have a session, another layer is brought to the surface to heal. Most energetic blocks and health issues are related to stored emotions and memories. Reiki works to restore the balance and natural flow of energy in the body to aid the body's healing processes. It can help speed up recovery times from surgery, calm a person before a stressful event such as a job interview and can bring a feeling of needed peace, and much more. It may not be for everyone, but I hope that the people who would like to receive its benefits, do take the time to try it.

DISTANT REIKI TREATMENTS - ANY PRICE YOU LIKE. If you are interested in trying a distant Reiki treatment, please reach out to me. I am offering pay-what-you-like-or-can, 30-minute sessions while I recover from a double mastectomy soon. I am offering this so that I can still pay the bills, as I'll need a few weeks to recover before I can do other kinds of work... They are wonderful to experience, and if you don't have a good or any experience, you don't have to pay anything. Please reach out to me at [email protected] with the subject header REIKI. Thank you! Hello! I offer 30 and 60 min Reiki sessions, as well as mindfulness / meditative art sessions, together or separately. I can come to you or you to me. Sliding scale fee. Suffering from a break up, loss of a loved one, recovering from cancer treatments, addictions, or just want to feel your best, clear your mind, sooth your nervous system, lighten your heart from stress?

I've been a Reiki Practitioner since 2013. I was certified in the Usui Shiki Ryoho, or Usui System of Natural Healing — a Japanese healing art and a form of Reiki developed by Mikao Usui. I became certified as an art therapy coach in 2014. I have given yoga and art sessions through Class Bento and have very much enjoyed it. And have given a couple of art sessions at the West Seattle YMCA recently. I love doing art and find it mentally stimulating as well as soothing. And I hope we can get a chance to meet in a peaceful, healing and creative space.

Give me a call or text me at 206-962-0460 or email me at [email protected] to discuss where you're at, what you need, and what you hope to achieve. Thank you!
