Client originally came in for ongoing foot/ankle issues and decided to seek out help in preparation for a spartan race.

Just as we were gaining momentum, midway through our plan of care, this happens during a baseball scrimmage 🫠

But that’s life. Pivoted training & rehab and found some solid, non-provocative, entry points to keep the ball rolling.
