Throughout his service to Highlands and Hardee Counties and beyond, Dr. Geldart touched thousands of lives and helped shape healthcare in the Heartland through his vision and compassion.

Dr. Geldart's legacy of faith, care and leadership will continue to be felt for generations to come.

Dr. Diaz is a board-certified gastroenterologist with more than three decades of experience caring for patients ages 18 and older. Fluent in English and Spanish, he was inspired to pursue a career in gastroenterology by following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather.

Committed to our mission of Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ, Dr. Diaz treats every patient like family—approaching care with empathy, listening closely, and partnering with patients to guide their care journey.
