Hey everyone🤍

I just wanted to pop in and say thank you for sticking around while I’ve been a little quiet lately. Between school, life, and working toward my future, things have been incredibly busy behind the scenes.

Even thought I haven’t been posting as much, Haven Wellness has still been growing and evolving every day. I’ve been working on new ideas, new products, and creating things that I truly can’t wait to share with you all soon.

There may also be somthing BIG happening in my future, I’m so excited for what’s ahead. Thank you for continuing to support this journey and this dream with me. Your support means more than you know 🤍

I had the incredible opportunity to share a booth with Heartland Thermography and Holistic Health LLC at the Permission to Pause event hosted by Mental Mixology and Chill Cryotherapy & Wellness.

It was such a meaningful experience to be able to showcase my products and offically introduce myself as a Natural Health Educator (Future Naturopathy Doctor). Getting my name out in the community felt like a huge milestone (sorry getting a little sappy)

With that being said... I am now officially beginning to see clients!💙

Holistic Haven is my naturopathic practice and you may start to see this page evolve a little. Don't worry - the tallow balms and roller blends aren't going anywhere! 🪴✨ They're still a big part of this journey.

My practice space is currently to be determined, but it's coming soon!

Here's what new client consults include:
-pH assessment
-Iridology (study of the iris)
-Muscle testing

I will be offering 60-minute and 90-minute sessions.
The 60-minute sessions includes pH assessment and muscle testing.
The 90-minute session includes all three assessments for a more in-depth experience.

I'm so grateful for this next step and excited to support you in taking your health back - guided by nature and grounded in wellness.🌸
