Collective Reading

You are being asked at this time to listen to your heart around healing the father wound.👨 👨🏾👨🏿

Your heart has been heavy of late surrounding the love of, father. (Please see first card ‘Father’)

Not just the love of your personal father, but what that love (or lack thereof) means to you as an individual. Feelings of belonging and protection in only the way a father can love. Has been on your mind as of late.

Confronting feelings of belonging and being chosen, has left you feeling raw as of late.😣

You are afraid of painful past learnings repeating themselves. (See the middle card of ‘Vulnerability’)

You are being called to remember who you are NOW, and not who you use to be. 🙅🏾‍♀️

(For those of you whom resonate with this particular part. You may try listening to the song by Pink-I'm a Hazard to Myself. Ask yourself where you are still playing small with trusting yourself in love.)

You are being given the opportunity to utilize those skills learned in past painful relationships to your benefit. You must feel in your body what it is to make better decisions around connection and love.

This is part of building your legacy in love. Say goodbye to the pain of past love lost, and be proactive with your choices regarding love, CURRENTLY.

This isn’t limited to romantic love.♥️

This applies to the love of self as well. You will know what it feels like to embody sound judgement in love. This is the point and the practice. 🙏🏾✨️🙏🏾

You have develop the eye for ‘reading’ a situation. Trust that an move accordingly. (See imagery on the ‘Legacy’ card. Note what is written on the tombstone)

Some of you are being called not only to allow yourself to be vulnerable, but also to balance the feelings of intuition ( divine feminine energy/Mother’s Moon energy) with logic ( divine masculine energy/ Father's Sun energy).

And for a very small few there is a male figure that wants to be your "Daddy". (And I don't mean in a paternal way 😏 *wink*😉*wink*) For those of you whom resonate with this particular part. When abusive parents say, “We didn’t know any better. We did the best we could,” I think about all the times you waited.

You waited until we got home.

You waited until the door closed.

You waited until nobody else was around.

You waited until there were no teachers, neighbours, relatives, friends, or witnesses.

You waited until your public face was no longer needed.

So no, I do not believe you had no idea what you were doing.

You knew enough to hide it.

You knew enough to say, “Wait until we get home.”

You knew enough to make the car ride silent and terrifying before anything had even happened.

You knew enough to change your tone in public, then change it back the second we were alone.

You knew enough not to say those things where other people could hear.

You knew enough not to hit, scream, threaten, shame, mock, or humiliate me in front of people whose opinion you cared about.

You knew enough to protect your image.

You just did not care enough to protect me.

That is the part I am done softening.

Because “we did the best we could” does not explain why your best had witnesses and your worst had privacy.

It does not explain why I had to act normal around other people, then brace myself when we got into the house.

It does not explain why I learned to read your mood from the back seat.

It does not explain why I knew the difference between the parent everyone else saw and the parent I had to survive behind closed doors.

That was not ignorance….
That was control.

That was knowing exactly where you could get away with it.

That was making sure the world saw one version of you and I paid the price for the other.

And then you wonder why I do not accept the excuse.

Because the prequel told me everything.

The warning.
The silence.
The tension.
The look.
The “wait until we get home.”

And the sequel told me everything too.

The denial.
The minimising.
The “that never happened.”
The “you’re remembering it wrong.”
The “we did our best.”

No.

You did not “do your best.”

You did what you thought you could get away with when nobody else was watching.

And if you knew enough to hide it, you knew enough to know it was wrong.

The Bible never teaches a demon called a “Jezebel spirit.”

Jezebel in Kings was a real historical queen who abused power and promoted idolatry.

“Jezebel” in Revelation is a symbolic label for false teaching in the church at Thyatira.

That’s it.

What Scripture never does is turn Jezebel into a named demon or a spiritual diagnosis. That idea comes from modern church culture, not the text.

And here’s the problem.

Today, “Jezebel spirit” is often used as a shortcut accusation. It gets aimed at women who speak up. Women who question leadership. Women who name harm or expose abuse. Instead of engaging the issue, the system spiritualizes the woman.

Silencing gets baptized as discernment.

Biblical literacy matters because bad theology doesn’t stay theoretical. It shapes power. And too often, it protects leaders while discrediting women.

If a belief can’t be found in the text, we should ask who it’s really serving.

Patriarchy sold men a lie and called it strength.

It taught men to cut off parts of themselves and call it masculinity. Suppress your emotions. Swallow your pain. Don't cry. Don't need help. Don't be vulnerable. Keep producing. Keep performing. Keep carrying everything until you break in silence.

Then society turns around and asks why so many men are emotionally disconnected, angry, numb, lost, isolated, or drowning internally.

You told boys to amputate entire parts of themselves and expected whole men to emerge.

A man who is disconnected from his own emotions cannot fully protect, lead, provide, or love in a healthy way. Because eventually what is buried comes out somewhere. It comes out as rage. Withdrawal. Addiction. Emotional absence. Self-destruction. Control. Shutdown.

The strongest man in the room isn't the one who feels nothing.

It's the one who can sit with himself. Face his wounds. Tell the truth about his pain. Carry responsibility without abandoning himself in the process.

Men were never designed to be emotionless machines.

The world doesn't need more armored men bleeding on everyone around them while calling it strength.

It needs healed men.
