Grief Group is this week!

Grief can feel heavy, isolating, and overwhelming—but you don’t have to carry it alone. 🤍

There is something powerful about being in a space where your pain is understood, your story is honored, and your healing is supported. Our grief group offers a safe place to process loss, share openly, and find connection with others who truly “get it.”

You are not alone in this. Healing happens in community.

This Friday at 12pm
Light lunch provided
Fee: $30
Connection & peer support
Education
No commitment, come when you can.
Open to the community.
