Elbow pain or tingling into your ring and pinky fingers? Tight muscles around the elbow can sometimes irritate the ulnar nerve. Try using a massage gun on the surrounding forearm muscles (not directly over the nerve) to help reduce muscle tension and improve mobility. If symptoms persist or worsen, it’s a good idea to get evaluated to find the underlying cause.
