Rachel is our internal billing liaison and helps patients better understand their insurance benefits and financial responsibility when starting physical therapy.

Let’s be honest, insurance can be confusing 😅 and there are SO many intricacies when it comes to coverage, authorizations, deductibles, and copays.

She has years of experience in medical billing and is currently in school to become a certified medical biller and coder! 👏
