Happy Mother's Day to all the moms of Patterson Physical Therapy, human or fur! To the OG moms of PPT: you have to keep my crazy self in line, you have given me advice, cut tags and strings out of my shirts, who mother my (toddler) husband 🤣🤣, who have held my babies and shushed them to sleep while I worked, who have colored and played with the girls while I worked, who has jumped head first into a new EMR and new roles without letting any second guesses show, and have given me mom hugs when I am inches(centimeters??) from a full breakdown. I appreciate you, more than you will ever know. To the new generation of PPT moms: what the hell were we thinking?!?! 7 kids and 3 dogs between us as we launch into a career in healthcare?? We have battled premature contractions, clogged milk ducts, low milk production, sleepless nights, teething, illnesses and we still love those squishy babies. The dogs (and probably kids 🤣🤣): eating who the F knows what and pooping everywhere at least once and stealing what isn't theirs. We put up with a lot. And I ask you to put up with a lot as well, and I thank you. One day I will be able to compensate each and every one of you as you should be.
