So far, I've recorded 4 "Yoga Snacks" on our Yoga Membership YouTube Channel, ranging in length from 15 minutes to 22 minutes, including a joint-freeing series, modified sun salutations, a practice for hips and sacrum stability, and a short energizing sequence.
I'll be recording one more next week that will be a short evening wind-down practice.
