There’s a place for YOU here. ✨

When In Joy Wellness opened in January, we dreamed of creating more than a wellness studio. We imagined a place where people could feel connected, supported, and genuinely welcome.

In June, that dream grew with the beginning of IN JOY Kids. 💛

And here we are, heading into another beautiful week, watching our little village continue to grow!

From peaceful moments on the yoga mat to meaningful conversations, children’s discoveries, and families dancing together—there are so many ways to IN JOY life.

🌕 This week brings Full Moon Yoga, our regular yoga offerings, a special Wellness Wednesday collaboration with Stuart Sweat Society, Salty Moms, children’s enrichment, and a little Halloween magic!

LOOK WHO’S FLUTTERING INTO IN JOY! ✨🦋

A little fairy dust, a little yoga magic, and a whole lot of heart 🧚

After taking a little hiatus from teaching, Cait is spreading her wings and returning to the mat — right here at In Joy Wellness & Yoga Studio!

You may already know her as the sparkle behind Glittering Gypsies-Florida Fairy Hair, but Cait has been sharing her love of yoga since 2013 🧘🏻‍♀️

A Florida native, former Martin County High School English teacher, mama of four, and 200-hour certified yoga instructor, Cait brings a beautiful blend of experience, warmth, and whimsy to her practice.

Her classes invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, open your hips and heart, and reconnect with yourself through gentle hatha poses, breathwork, mantra, mudra, and meditation.

Because just like life, yoga meets us wherever we are. 🌸

We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Cait and her beautiful energy into our In Joy community!
