Orthopedic and sports rehabilitation isn't just for pro athletes. It is for anyone who wants to move better and feel stronger.

Whether you are working your way back from surgery, managing a nagging injury, or simply trying to stay active, our team meets you where you are and builds a plan that gets you moving again in a way that actually lasts.

No matter what your active lifestyle looks like, just ask for Axis, and we'll help you get back to the life you love.

Soft tissue mobilization isn't just for recovery.

It is one of the most effective tools for keeping your body moving well, whether you are managing an injury or trying to stay ahead of one. At Axis Sports Medicine, it is a core part of how we treat and prevent musculoskeletal issues.

Tight muscles, stiff joints, and restricted movement don't always start as pain—often they build until something gives. Targeted mobilization work addresses those issues early, improves circulation, reduces tension, and helps restore the movement patterns your body needs to perform and recover well.

Three words that could change the course of your recovery: Ask for Axis.

When your doctor refers you to physical therapy, you get to choose where you go. At Axis Sports Medicine, you will work with a team that listens, builds a plan around your specific goals, and stays in your corner every step of the way. Whether you are recovering from surgery, an injury on the mountain, or something that has been nagging at you all season, we are here to help you get back to doing what you love.

And while referrals name a service, they do not name a clinic. In Colorado, many insurance plans even allow you to start physical therapy without a referral at all. Either way, the choice is yours.

Just ask for Axis, and our team will take it from there.

Hearing this from a first-time Axis client means everything to us.

For many people, seeing a new physical therapist can feel uncertain. Walking into a new clinic takes trust, and we do not take that lightly. What we can promise is what this client experienced firsthand: kindness, compassion, and a treatment plan built around your specific needs and goals, whether you are a competitive athlete or simply someone who wants to move and feel better.

Making sure you not only heal well but feel comfortable in the process is our goal, and it's exactly why we do what we do. If you are dealing with an injury or looking for a PT team you can trust, just ask for Axis!

Every step forward is a win, and we are here for all of them.

At Axis, progress looks different for every person who walks through our doors. For some, it is getting back on the trail. For others it is simply moving with more confidence and less pain. Whatever the goal, our team is in it with you from the first appointment to the last.

Your wins are our wins. When you are ready to take that next step, just ask for Axis.

That twitch you see? That's the muscle releasing built-up tension.

Trigger point dry needling targets tight bands of muscle called trigger points, areas that develop from repetitive use, overexertion, or injury and limit your body's ability to move and function properly. A specially trained physical therapist inserts a very fine needle directly into the trigger point, producing a local twitch response.

It isn't acupuncture, nor does it involve an injectable solution. Rather, it is a Western Medicine-based technique backed by significant research that helps decrease pain, improve range of motion, and restore easier movement, often after a single treatment.

It is effective for neck, back, and shoulder pain, hip and knee pain, headaches, Achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, and more. Think this is what your body needs? Just ask for Axis.
